Generally, orders are dispatched via courier within 1-7 working days after payment is received. Delivery to destination is subject to checks by the courier and a signature by the receiver. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment during its journey to you. If the tracking number is not available or it is not issued by the courier, you can send an email to email@example.com with your name and date of purchase (or order ID) asking for shipment status.
The products ordered on federicoprice.com are shipped via courier. Delivery times may vary depending on geographical area and include only working days and do not include bank holidays. The shipment and delivery of purchased goods will be made at the address and country indicated in the order form. Shipping expenses include packaging (fixed costs) and are added to the product price. We suggest to group in one order your articles. It is not possible to group two distinct orders made separately. Consequently, shipping expenses will be applied to each individual order. The package will be sent under the receiver’s responsibility.
Our warehouse takes care that the product ordered is properly packaged in its container so that it is fully protected and suitable for transport. In the unfortunate event the package is received damaged or clearly shows signs of tampering, you are asked to inform the courier immediately upon delivery and sign the waybill letter along with your annotation about the damage. If damage is also found on the product itself, you are invited to send a fax/email to the local courier office and a copy to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer support will then contact you to resolve the matter.
According to Italian D.Lgs 206/2003, if you are unsatisfied with our product, you can send it back to us if the following conditions apply: – if you are exclusively a private consumer and have not purchased the product for purposes linked to or deriving from your profession and/or business. – you accept to pay for the shipping of the product back to us.
If you use one of our couriers, the cost will be deducted from the amount due for the refund. – you must return the product within 10 working days from the date you receive it. We may ask you to supply the postal/courier/forwarder waybill tracking and/or receipt. – Eco Fashion Group will not accept returns of products that have been: altered in their fundamental and qualitative characteristics, damaged, used, worn, washed and/or stained.
